Service Description

There will be an initial Consultation Fee of $50.00 when completing the appointment form to show your serious about booking an event, in which can be applied towards the total amount due, which is due on the date of the event prior to the initial set up of the said event. This fee is non-refundable and may be used towards credit to buy products in the store if there is a justifiable reason/cause to have to cancel said booked event. The initial Consultation will provide the exact details of said event in writing on a binding contract which must be signed by both parties before any said event may be booked. There is a minimum of 4 hours to book any event and the total amount due including fees, costs, extras, and gratuities is due upon receipt of the invoice at the time of signing with a grace period up until the said event date initial set up.


Cancellation Policy

Minimum of 4 hours to book any event. All booked events will be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract in which must be signed and dated at time of payment in full of the invoice. Event booked is good for one day within a week timespan, and the date booked may only be changed to another date within the same week timespan if the event is booked for outdoors and the weather was the cause of the reschedule (within 1 hour of said scheduled event). Absolutely no refunds for cancellation of any nature.
